You can obtain Judge.me medals to showcase the quality and quantity of your reviews. Such medals are strong indicators that help your customers "judge" the trustworthiness of your store and make better buying decisions.
1. Transparency
You will receive the Transparency medals if you publish at least 80% of the total verified reviews you receive. Verified reviews include reviews submitted by customers with fulfilled orders or imported reviews with proof of authenticity. Total verified reviews include published, hidden, and archived reviews that have been verified.
There are five different levels:
- Bronze: Published 80% of verified reviews received in total.
- Silver: Published 90% of verified reviews received in total.
- Gold: Published 95% of verified reviews received in total.
- Platinum: Published 99% of verified reviews received in total.
- Diamond: Published 100% of verified reviews received in total.
How we verify reviews
- Judge.me verifies reviews automatically based on the order history of our e-commerce platform partners (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace). If the reviews are not associated with existing orders (e.g. coming directly from merchants’ websites), stores can request manual verification by submitting evidence of orders.
- A verified buyer badge is added after the review is verified by Judge.me to inform the consumers that this review comes from a buyer of the store. The badge may be translated and customized, but cannot be added by the merchants themselves.
2. Authenticity
You will receive the Authenticity medals if at least 80% of the reviews you publish are verified reviews. Verified reviews include reviews submitted by customers with fulfilled orders or imported reviews with proof of authenticity. The total number of reviews a store can publish may include unverified reviews that are collected directly on their e-commerce store or imported from other sources.
There are five different levels:
- Bronze: At least 80% of published reviews are verified reviews.
- Silver: At least 90% of published reviews are verified reviews.
- Gold: At least 95% of published reviews are verified reviews.
- Platinum: At least 99% of published reviews are verified reviews.
- Diamond: 100% of published reviews are verified reviews.
3. Top Shop
The Top Shops medal ranks your store according to the total number of published verified reviews you receive compared to all other stores on Judge.me. This is an exclusive list of stores that showcase both the quality and quantity of reviews. Verified reviews include reviews submitted by customers with fulfilled orders or imported reviews with proof of authenticity.
There are eight different levels:
- Top 10: Top 10 shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 25: Top 25 shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 50: Top 50 shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 100: Top 100 shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 250: Top 250 shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 1%: Top 1% shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 5%: Top 5% shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
- Top 10%: Top 10% shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews of all time.
4. Top Trending Shop
The Top Trending Shops medal ranks your store according to the total number of published verified reviews you receive compared to all other stores on Judge.me in the last 30 days. Only verified reviews submitted by customers with fulfilled orders are added to the trending count. We omit verified imported reviews because these will inflate the count artificially.
There are eight different levels:
- Top 10: Top 10 trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 25: Top 25 trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 50: Top 50 trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 100: Top 100 trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 250: Top 250 trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 1%: Top 1% trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 5%: Top 5% trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
- Top 10%: Top 10% trending shops that obtained and published the most verified reviews in the last 30 days.
5. Monthly Record
You will receive the Monthly Record medals if you obtain at least 10 verified reviews in one month. Only verified reviews submitted by customers with fulfilled orders are added to the monthly record count. We recalculate your monthly records on the first day of each month. We omit verified imported reviews because these will inflate the count artificially.
There are five different levels:
- Bronze: Achieved an all-time record of 10 published verified reviews within one calendar month.
- Silver: Achieved an all-time record of 20 published verified reviews within one calendar month.
- Gold: Achieved an all-time record of 50 published verified reviews within one calendar month.
- Platinum: Achieved an all-time record of 100 published verified reviews within one calendar month.
- Diamond: Achieved an all-time record of 250 published verified reviews within one calendar month.
6. Verified Reviews
You will receive the Verified Reviews medals if you obtain at least 10 reviews. Verified reviews include reviews submitted by customers with fulfilled orders or imported reviews with proof of authenticity.
There are five different levels:
- Bronze: Obtained at least 10 reviews submitted by genuine customers with proof of purchase history.
- Silver: Obtained at least 50 reviews submitted by genuine customers with proof of purchase history.
- Gold: Obtained at least 100 reviews submitted by genuine customers with proof of purchase history.
- Platinum: Obtained at least 500 reviews submitted by genuine customers with proof of purchase history.
- Diamond: Obtained at least 1000 reviews submitted by genuine customers with proof of purchase history.
