  • From the Judge.me admin dashboard, go to Settings > Social Media > Facebook & Instagram > Facebook & Instagram Authentication.
    • If you only connect your Facebook account for Facebook social push and/or Facebook Reviews tab, click the Login button. During the authorization process, select the Facebook Page you want to use for the automatic social push.
    • If you also push your reviews to Instagram, make sure that you have added your Instagram to your Facebook Page following this tutorial first. Then, click the Login button. During the authorization process, select the Facebook Page and Instagram business account you want to use for the automatic social push.

Note:

If you have logged into your Facebook account without adding your Instagram to your Facebook Page, you need to disable the integration with Judge.me and start over again. It's because you need to grant us more permissions to access your Instagram account.

  • After logging, you can see the name of your Facebook Page and Instagram business account. Click Use this page/account to enable the connection. You need to be the admin of the Facebook Page to use it, otherwise, it will be displayed as "cannot use".

Step 2: Customize the social push templates

1. Customize the Facebook Push Template

You can customize the message to be shared on Facebook in the Facebook Push Template section.

  • If your reviews contain review photos, you have two options: (1) push a random review photo and (2) push the product image instead. We'll use option (1) by default.
  • If your reviews contain only text, we'll push the product image. In the case of text-only store reviews that are not associated with any product images, only review content as text can be pushed to Facebook.

2. Customize the Instagram Push Template

You can customize the message to be shared on Instagram in the Instagram Push Template section.

  • If your reviews contain review photos, you have two options: (1) push a random review photo and (2) push the product image instead. We'll use option (1) by default.
  • If your reviews contain only text, we'll push the product image. In the case of text-only store reviews that are not associated with any product images, your reviews can't be pushed to Instagram.

1.2. Twitter social push

Step 1: Connect your Twitter Account with Judge.me

Step 2: Customize the Twitter Push Template

You can customize the message to be shared on Instagram in the Twitter Push Template section.

2. Set up conditions for automatic social push

  • From the Judge.me admin dashboard, go to Settings > Social Media > Social Push Settings. Here, you can determine when, how often, and how many reviews are to be shared automatically.
    • Posting quota: select the % of reviews (0-100%) to be pushed.
    • Minimum rating: select a minimum rating that qualified for a social push
    • Review photos: push a review with/without a photo
    • Verified buyers: push a review from verified/non-verified buyers
    • Time interval: select a minimum time interval up to 24 hours between automatic social push

Note

  • If you choose to hide reviews containing Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and/or improper language via the Profanity Filter, these reviews won't be pushed automatically to social media.
  • If you choose to publish and censor these reviews, they will still be pushed automatically to social media, but the PII or blacklisted words will be replaced with [****].
