You can connect Judge.me with your Slack workspace to automatically receive notifications about new reviews to keep your team and yourself informed.
- To enable the integration, from the Judge.me admin dashboard, please go to Settings > Integrations > Admin Backend > Slack integration.
- Then click Add to Slack and follow the steps to connect Judge.me with your Slack workspace.
The notification will include the rating, reviewer name, product title, review title, and review body. You will receive info if the review is published or hidden (depending on your review curation/auto-publish settings). You will also find a quick link to curate the review.
The visual for the notification will depend on the rating. We differentiate between positive reviews (4 or 5 stars) and negative reviews (1, 2, or 3 stars).
*Note: Imported reviews and reviews created by admin won't trigger Slack notifications.
