By integrating Judge.me with SMSBump, you can send review requests to your customers via SMS.
To enable this integration, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Install Judge.me Product Reviews App.
- Step 2: Install SMSBump. This app is free to install (additional charges may apply).
- Step 3: Contact SMSBump support to get the API Key to integrate with Judge.me.
- Step 4: Go to Settings > Integrations > Request Integrations > SMSBump, paste the API Key and click Save Settings.
- Step 5: Make further SMS Requests configurations in Review Requests > SMS Requests, such as:
- Message Template: the content of your SMS
- The "SMS from:" field: the name the viewer will see as the SMS sender. You can put your name or your company's name.
- Request schedules: the number of SMS requests to send for each order, the length of each SMS request, etc.
- After the integration is enabled, we'll start sending SMS review requests when the orders are fulfilled. If only phone numbers are provided in the orders, we'll only send the SMS review requests. You can see the status of all review requests in your Requests dashboard.
