Product reviews are opinions from your customers about your products or services. A product review includes a star rating, review title, review body, and sometimes, review photos and videos. You can collect verified product reviews by sending review requests or allow visitors to leave their reviews directly on your store.
Product reviews are automatically activated once the Judge.me widgets are installed, and will appear at the bottom of your product page, inside the Review Widget, and also in your All Reviews Page. You can customize the Review Widget yourself in the settings, or request us to make some basic customizations. You can publish, hide, reply, etc. to the product reviews in the Reviews dashboard.
If you are on the Awesome plan, you can also add a dedicated section for Questions & Answers on the Review Widget, and shop-level reviews on the All Reviews Page.
